Robert S Laramee, MSc, PhD, SFHEA

Research: Bob’s main research interests lie in data visualization including information visualization, scientific visualization and visual analytics. More specifically, he carries out research in the following topics: visualization literacy, explainable and visible AI, visualization and education, visualization for finance, visualization of health data including electronic health records, visible natural language processing, digital humanities, flow visualization including visualization of computational fluid dynamics simulations, visualization of molecular dynamics data, and more. Please have a look at his list of publications for more details and topics.

The fastest, easiest, and most enjoyable way to get an idea of the research we have done is to simply watch our visualization research videos. These are the only research videos of their kind in the entire United Kingdom. The videos are availabe on YouTube.
